When we raised a complaint, they refused to admit their fault and behaved very unprofessionally. According to them, we were supposed to keep waiting until the wedding was over.

The service was absolutely terrible. They had no respect for time. They charge very high fees, but their service level is zero. They spoiled our family function. And when we complained, they told us that we were wrong, refused to accept their mistake, and instead started blaming us. They themselves came with 4 people. We had already clearly informed them the previous day about what time we needed to be ready, but still they did not get us ready on time. When we pointed this out, they started blaming us instead. On top of that, when we said we would make the payment once when we arrive bhuj, they replied that this wouldn’t work and said things like, “I’ll send my relatives to your house to collect money .” So overall, they gave us the worst service, ruined our function, and did not get us ready on time. Because they couldn’t manage their time,
