Most unprofessional people and they would ruin all your memories. Poor quality skills, and cherry on top is the poor attitude and ghosted service. Once they are done acting with the camera on your event, take your money, and they are gone. You would never get your deliverables! If you warn for complaining, they would shamelessly say - go ahead and file a complaint, we already have 5 complaints filed. Don’t book or regret!

This has been one of the most mentally harassing experiences of my life. I gave my wedding photo selections 8 months ago, and was clearly promised that the albums and edited video would be delivered within a month. It’s been EIGHT MONTHS, and I still have nothing. I’ve tried everything – calling, messaging, emailing – and have been completely ignored. No response, no update, no explanation. The silence is infuriating. I honestly feel cheated and emotionally manipulated. This was supposed to be the most beautiful memory of my life, and instead, it’s become a source of daily stress and frustration. Every time someone asks to see my wedding album, it’s a painful reminder of how carelessly this team has handled my memories. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you value your peace of mind, your memories, or even basic professionalism – STAY AWAY.

Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I strongly urge everyone not to fall into the trap of hiring this photographer for any event that matters to you. What was supposed to be a cherished memory—my child’s first birthday—has turned into a complete nightmare. It has been over 3 months, and despite repeated promises that the deliverables would be shared within a week, there has been zero response to calls or messages. He has completely disappeared after taking full payment. There is no sense of professionalism or accountability, and it’s clear that customer trust means nothing to him. I have already filed a formal complaint against Lawrence, and I sincerely hope he understands that in this industry, attitude won’t take you far—humility and respect for your clients will. Please don’t let your special memories be ruined like mine. There are many better and more reliable professionals out there—this is not one of them.

My life's biggest regret is to have booked La Production House for my wedding photography. They are absolutely inexperienced for wedding photography. I dont have a single photo from my wedding with my father or my grandparents. Not a single photo of both families of mine and my husband together. My vidai photos do not have any lighting and the portrait shots are worst. The only reason some pictures have turned out good is because of our arrangements. I wish I had never booked them.
