I booked her for my wedding last year on 30th April. Due to the Covid lockdown, we had to cancel all arrangements. She said that she can't issue the refund as she is not giving refund to anyone but I can avail her services at a later date and event for me or my family. It was not ideal since I had paid 50% advance but I had no other option but to do so. Do note, our money was invested in lot of places for the wedding but we got part refund from others but she did not refund a penny at our time of need. When I booked her this year again, she cancelled 10 days before the wedding and said she can't due to a family emergency and that she would issue the refund. I had to find someone at such a short notice but didn't write any reviews for her because of her emergency. It has been 5 months since then where I have followed up and she has said she will refund but it has not happened and she has stopped reverting. While I take legal and police action against her, I hope wedding bazaar takes action against this vendor so that no other bride has to go through this undersirable and tormenting experience. I would highly recommend you to not consider her as you do not want to deal with this kind of stress on your big day. Please book a trusted makeup artist instead.
