As someone who values punctuality and professionalism, I am compelled to share my abysmal experience with Pranay. In short, it was a nightmare from start to finish. After meticulously researching photographers for my special event, I settled on Pranay due to their promising portfolio and seemingly impeccable reputation. However, what ensued was far from satisfactory. Initially, communication seemed smooth, and I eagerly anticipated the results of our collaboration. However, as the agreed-upon deadline approached, I grew increasingly concerned as there was no sign of the promised photographs. Emails and calls went unanswered, leaving me in a state of utter frustration and anxiety. Weeks turned into months, and still, there was no word from Pranay. The delay not only caused significant inconvenience but also tarnished the memories of the event, as the anticipation for the photographs slowly transformed into disappointment and resentment. Finally, after what felt like an eternity, the photographs arrived. But by then, the damage was done. The joy and excitement that should have accompanied the viewing of these cherished memories were overshadowed by the sheer incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by Pranay. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend Pranay to anyone seeking reliable and timely photography services. Their disregard for deadlines and lack of communication are inexcusable, and I urge others to look elsewhere for their photography needs. A once-in-a-lifetime event should be captured with care and precision, something that Pranay failed to deliver.
