We booked Mohini and Dolly from Silverslate Events for our wedding on February 14th at Taj Vivanta, Dwarka, expecting professional service. Unfortunately, our experience was nothing but frustrating. Right from the start, they charged us 50% more than the standard rate, and we agreed, assuming we would receive quality work. However, their service was completely subpar and stressful. I had to constantly follow up on even the smallest tasks, and despite multiple attempts, they hardly ever responded. Mohini, in particular, was extremely rude and unprofessional. The worst part was on the wedding day, when she publicly humiliated my mother over a minor pending payment, which we had already promised to settle after the event. She even went as far as threatening to stop the Varmala ceremony! Such behavior is unacceptable and disgraceful, especially from a team that claims to be professionals. Instead of making our big day smooth and enjoyable, they added unnecessary stress and emotional distress. I strongly advise against hiring Silverslate Events. Their service is overpriced, unprofessional, and unreliable. Do yourself a favor and choose a team that truly values your special day!
