I booked Lifetime pictures for my wedding, and it’s been over 1.25 years without receiving proper videos or printed albums. The owner, Raj Agarwal, will emotionally manipulate you into paying the full amount, promising that it will motivate them to start working on your project. However, after receiving the money, he disappears. He won’t pick up calls, respond to messages, and leaves you stranded. My parents have visited his place 7-8 times, hoping for a resolution, only to be met with more disappointment each time. His lack of professionalism and communication is shocking, and I’m sharing this so no one else falls into this trap. Please avoid Lifetime pictures at all costs.
